The Beginner's AI SEO Framework. Free.

The Beginner's AI SEO Framework is a free 18-page guide by Rambabu Thapa, founder of Orka Socials in Lalitpur. It teaches AI SEO, meaning how to get your website quoted inside the answers that ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews write. The framework splits that job into four gates, Find, Pull, Pick and Trust, and ends with a seven-day starter plan.
- 4 gates
- 7 day starter plan
- 90 day roadmap

What are the four gates?
The four gates are the four tests a page passes, in order, before an AI quotes it. A page that fails an early gate never reaches the later ones, however good the rest of it is.
-
Gate 1Find
“Can it find you?”
Before any AI can quote a page, a crawler has to reach it, read it as text, and store it. Most pages fail here for technical reasons: a leftover noindex tag, a page blocked in robots.txt, or text that only appears after JavaScript runs.
Beginner fix: search Google for
site:yourdomain.com/your-page. If nothing comes back, nothing else on that page matters yet. -
Gate 2Pull
“Can it pull a clean answer out?”
AI search systems lift the part of a page that answers the question instead of judging the page as one lump. The lifted answer has to make sense on its own, so a short page that answers in two sentences beats a 3,000-word article that circles the point.
Beginner fix: make the first sentence under every question heading the complete answer, then explain.
-
Gate 3Pick
“Out of everything it found, why name you?”
The AI chooses what to build its answer from, and it rewards pages that say something the others cannot. A page that repeats ten other pages gives it no reason to name you.
Beginner fix: publish one thing only you can publish: your own price list, a test you ran, or a photo you took.
-
Gate 4Trust
“Is it safe to put this in front of a person?”
The engines prefer pages where a named, qualified person stands behind the words and the facts survive a check. SEOs call this E-E-A-T: experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trust.
Beginner fix: add an author box with your real name, your photo, one line on why you know this, and an honest last-updated date.
The rule that runs the framework: find the earliest gate your page is failing, and fix that one first. Work on Gate 3 while Gate 1 is broken and you are polishing a page no crawler can read.
Ranking first and being quoted are two different things. In a study of 55,393 searches run in early 2026, researchers at Washington University in St. Louis found that nearly 30 percent of the pages Google's AI quoted were not on page one of ordinary Google results. Source: Xu, Iqbal and Montgomery, “Measuring Google AI Overviews”, arXiv, 2026. Cited on page 1 of the framework.
What do the pages actually look like?
Four pages, exactly as they appear in the PDF. Tap any page to read it at full size.
