Rambabu started teaching in 2019, before Orka Socials existed, after watching the same pattern repeat for years. People in Nepal would finish a YouTube SEO playlist, a Google certification, or a generalist digital-marketing course, then sit down in front of a real client site and freeze. They knew the words. They could not ship the work. The gap between the two is what kills careers, and it is a gap nobody can close on their own. You close it by sitting next to someone who does the work, watching the actual decisions get made, and then doing the work yourself with that person checking the output.

That is what an agency junior gets in their first six months on the job. It is not what a self-taught marketer in Pokhara, Butwal, or Birgunj gets, because the agencies are in Kathmandu and the seats are few. The training program is built to bridge that gap. The 12-module curriculum is built around what works in a search market that includes AI Overviews, semantic retrieval, and LLM citation, alongside the classic technical and content fundamentals. Module 9 covers AI SEO, LLMO, and GEO at a serious level because nobody else in Nepal teaches it that way and it is now a paid skill.
